We are a small, mom-founded brand and take great care in preparing each order.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate of $8 shipping on all domestic orders.
Orders of $75 or more ship free within the United States.

Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, Lantern & Linden is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with your local carrier and neighbors first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
